Onboarding and Training New Prospect Researchers for Success

The onboarding and training of a new team members is crucial to their and the team’s overall success. As such, the Research & Prospect Analytics team at UBC has implemented a comprehensive training process for new members of the prospect research team, which includes a detailed training manual. In this session we will share information on our comprehensive training process and methods. You will also hear the perspective of a new researcher on our team who recently undertook this training.
