Shahin Sharma is passionate about uncovering possibilities previously unknown or unseen. She does this through her work as a prospect researcher and as a life coach. She has extensive experience in many aspects of Advancement Services, including in leadership roles. She is also a life coach through UBC’s coaching program for faculty and staff. She also supports the research and advancement teams on Diversity and Inclusion related work.
