Reporting to the Executive Director, as a member of the Advancement CRM instance project team, the Senior Technical Writer role develops business/technical documentation, communications materials, and coordinates training and knowledge transfer activities to support an effective and timely implementation of the CRM project. The role ensures accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of business/technical documentation and drafts communications materials including those for the website and preparing community presentations. Central to this role is the coordination, analysis, and use of fundraising data to support strategies of the Victoria Hospitals Foundation. Task management will be key as this position, within the fundraising operations portfolio, will work cross-departmentally with all teams in the organization.
