THE OPPORTUNITY
The Senior Prospect Researcher, reporting to the Manager, Information Systems & Data Management, supports Mount Royal University’s fundraising efforts by enhancing prospect research and portfolio strategies. This role advises junior team members, evaluates portfolios, and develops engagement strategies in collaboration with the fundraising team. Through innovative approaches and strategic recommendations, the Senior Prospect Researcher plays a critical role in advancing the growth and sustainability of the university's prospect pool.
The Director of Philanthropy will lead efforts to expand individual giving and foundation support while stewarding senior volunteers and driving donor engagement. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with donors, foundations, and partners locally and internationally, connecting donor values to impactful outcomes.
