Understanding the need to apply an IDEA lens to research, and subsequently fundraising strategies across your organization. The importance of effective reporting across departments to ensure that prospects are moving clearly through the fundraising cycle and articulating clear roles and responsibilities between partners to ultimately raise more money for your cause.
