Dear Apra Members,
Please join us for a Special General Meeting on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at 12:45pm EST. We need to achieve quorum in order to pass a special resolution to increase the number of directors from a maximum of eleven to a maximum of fifteen members. We expect this meeting will only last about 15 minutes, and would greatly appreciate your attendance. Click here to RSVP and register for the virtual meeting.
If you are unable to attend, please fill out the attached Proxy form (Schedule B) and send to secretary@apracanada.ca not less than 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) before the time of the meeting.
