Welcome to 25 in ’26! To help you get the most from your conference experience, take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the venue and key event spaces.
No need to pre-register for individual sessions. Simply review the agenda and join the sessions that interest you on the day of the conference.
The conference takes place across several areas on the second floor of the hotel. The Keynote session and meals will be held in the Champagne Room, while other sessions and workshops will take place in breakout rooms. Refreshment breaks and networking opportunities will be offered in designated gathering spaces, providing plenty of opportunities to connect with peers, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors.

Arriving at the Venue
Registration will be your first stop upon arrival. Head to the second floor, where you'll find the registration desk opposite the elevators.
Registration opens at 8:00am on Wednesday, October 21. Pick up your conference badge and materials, and connect with volunteers who can answer questions and help you navigate the event.
Getting Around
Throughout the conference, directional signage and volunteers will be available to help guide you between sessions and event spaces. We encourage you to take a few minutes to get acquainted with the venue before the program begins.

Please note: Session seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Some sessions may reach capacity, and additional seating cannot be accommodated once a room is full.
