Learning Objectives

Sunnybrook Foundation went from a research-driven to system-driven and a research-managed to advancement-managed fundraising shop. We moved from Research Briefs to an auto generated Research Snapshot Report that is collaborated into other reports. Prospect Identification transformed from queries and data mining to self-serve and automated reports.  Prospect Management evolved from using queries to review and bringing up prospects in the pipeline that needs attention to leveraging the use of reports to move pipeline, forecast revenue and track fundraising progress against specific goals.
