This presentation will explore the Research Services team’s journey to create a formalized process to present Transformational prospects to senior fundraising leaders on a monthly basis. We will present insights on how the team identifies prospects, engages with senior management, and tracks data to manage prospects and enable evaluation. The presentation will explore “wins” such as enhancing the prospect pool and increasing Research visibility, while touching on the challenges that lie ahead to fully knock it out of the park.
