Kris, a Secwepemc and Seme7 woman from Ts’qescen, will highlight the values and teachings that the land, the animals and the seasons on her territory have taught her. Kris’ story will surface the notion that Indigenous and other equity seeking communities have teaching and laws that best place them to activate generative systems that build toward a nourished future.
