Jessica Diniz is a seasoned senior executive with over 20 years’ experience in development, marketing communications, corporate partnerships, major gifts, peer-to-peer fundraising, and leading high-performance teams. Jessica joined JDRF in 2015, a global non-profit focused on funded research into a cure for type 1 diabetes, where she has provided strategic leadership and oversight for national event fundraising programs, marketing communications, community engagement and regional fundraising teams. Most recently, Jessica launched JDRF's largest major gift campaign to-date, the JDRF’s $100M Campaign to Accelerate in 2020, shifting the organization to a donor-centred model, and driving efficient fundraising programs such as Annual giving and Major Gift fundraising. Jessica has significant experience developing strategic plans and partnering with boards and senior volunteer leaders. Jessica has broad experience from other health charities such as Sunnybrook Foundation and Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
