In 2005, Geraldine’s experience with philanthropy and the non-profit sector began in Montreal, Quebec with Campaign McGill: History in the Making, a $750M major campaign at McGill University. From there, she continued her career at the CHU Sainte-Justine Hospital Foundation with the launch of the $150M Healing More Better/Plus Mieux guerir campaign, also in Montreal, Quebec. Her knowledge and experience continued to grow and expand when she joined international NGOs including AMREF and most recently, World Vision Canada, both in Toronto, Ontario. In 2022, Geraldine returned to the higher education sector, where she currently serves as the Director of Operations and Services for the Development team at Trinity Western University in Langley, BC.
Throughout her 17 years of experience in both front-end and back-office development activities, Geraldine’s passion for operational excellence continues to fuel her agility and ability to effectively apply fundraising best practices to major philanthropic environments (higher education; hospital foundation; international NGO) and in turn contribute to changing the lives of so many impacted by the mission of these institutions.
