Eligibility:
To be elected as a Director, a person must be eligible to act as a Director under the Societies Act (see Section 44) and must be a member in good standing for at least six months and have worked in prospect development for a minimum of six months.
Key Dates:
- October 27, 2024: Nomination deadline
- October 30, 2024: Board reviews nominations
- November 24, 2024: Election results announced (if required)
- January 2025: New directors begin their terms
