Department: Advancement and Alumni Relations Georgian College’s Advancement and Alumni Relations department creates and maintains strong relationships with a variety of constituents to inspire investment and deepen engagement to the College. The department is organized into three integrated units: Major Gifts, Partnerships and Sponsorships; Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving; and Donor Relations and Operations. Under the direction of the Associate Director, Advancement Services, the Prospect Development and Records Specialist will support the fundraising and alumni engagement initiatives of the college. The Specialist has five main areas of responsibility: 1) prospect identification; 2) prospect management; 3) prospect research; 4) records management; and 5) competitive intelligence and constituent development.
