Stephanie Hilson brings eight years of experience working in prospect research for McMaster University, a top ten research university. Over those eight years she has identified and profiled McMaster's next wave of donors. She has made extensive use of data, and has seen both success and challenges which she will share with us. Prior to McMaster, Stephanie spent ten years as a business librarian in the sell-side, buy-side and regulatory areas of the capital markets industry.
