Sarah McCarthy has led prospect research activities at the Richard Ivey School of Business since 2003. Sarah has worked in development for close to 20 years, primarily in prospect research, with roles in the annual fund, alumni relations and corporate and foundations relations at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts and the State Universities of New York at Binghamton and Albany. Sarah has served as a member of the board of the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement – Canada Chapter and currently serves as London’s regional representative. In 2010, the Richard Ivey School of Business was the recipient of the APRA Canada Award for Prospect Research. Sarah earned a BA degree in English from Siena College (Albany, NY) and a Masters of Public Administration degree from Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy, State University of New York at Albany.
