Molly joined IU Foundation as Donor Relations Assistant in 2017 and was promoted to Donor Relations Associate in 2020. Throughout her time in donor relations, she provided outstanding experiences for both internal and external customers through direct communications, event planning and support, and custom gift curation. Currently, as a Prospect Management Associate, she is responsible for working with development officers on all IU campuses to build and maintain fundraiser portfolios with Blackbaud systems. Molly assists with developing prospect strategy plans for major gift fundraising outreach. Prior to her time in development, Molly was an experienced Wellness Coordinator with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) focused in Nutrition, Fitness, and Health and Dietetics from Purdue University.
