Leanne Gardner is the Associate Director of Community Relations at Upper Canada College (UCC) in Toronto. In her role, Leanne leads key strategic community engagement initiatives, stewarding relationships across alumni, current families, volunteers, and school leadership. She manages several of UCC's senior volunteer bodies, collaborates on signature and major events, and oversees key programming for the Lang Scholars Program, supporting student leaders through mentorship, networking, and regional alumni connections. A collaborative leader in advancement and community outreach, Leanne works closely with prospect research and development teams to foster meaningful institutional relationships, strategically bridging active volunteerism into long-term philanthropic support.
