Jon Duschinsky, Founder & CEO, The Conversation Farm
Jon is the co-founder & CEO of The Conversation Farm, a global agency that harnesses the power of the conversation to change the way people think about brands and causes.
Through its work with Fortune 500 companies, governments and NGOs, The Conversation Farm creates business and social solutions by creating ideas that engage millions of people in conversations that change attitudes and behaviours.
Jon believes that the driving force in business today is not what you make, but what you are made of. His recent work includes helping global cosmetic firms put social good at the heart of their industry, developing new ways to encourage Americans to think differently about guns in their society and changing the global conversation around Alzheimer’s disease.
Last year, Jon was voted the world’s second most influential communicator in social innovation, being beaten only by Bill Clinton.
His portfolio includes two books and faculty roles at several universities on both sides of the Atlantic.
Jon speaks regularly around the world on marketing, creativity & social innovation and has shared speaking platforms in the last twelve months with Mikhail Gorbachev, Kofi Annan and many other global leaders.
