Crystal is the Founder of Eclipse Research Group, the company she founded in 2015 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She has always had a passion for research and she started her career in donor prospect research in 2009. Crystal currently serves as a Board Member for Rossdale Ukrainian Dance School and is the Prairie Regional Coordinator for the Tetra Society of North America. In her spare time she enjoys reading, Ukrainian dancing, kayaking, and traveling with her family.
