Caitlin Aber (she/her) has over a decade of experience in Prospect Development across health care and higher education settings. As Senior Specialist, Research Services and Prospect Management at SickKids Foundation, her work encompasses prospect research, prospect management, and prospect identification, with a focus on fundraising strategy, process innovation, and data integrity. She is also involved in advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) at SickKids Foundation, including through her current role as co-Chair of Spectrum, the Foundation’s 2SLGBTQIA+ employee resource group.
She previously held prospect research roles at CAMH Foundation and Concordia University, and began her career at EBSCO Information Services in Boston. Caitlin holds a BA in History from American University and MA and MLIS degrees from McGill University.
