Aiden To

Aiden To (he/him) is a Coordinator, Development Operations at SickKids Foundation, where he supports fundraising teams through data governance, reporting and analytics, and process improvement initiatives. Passionate about finding practical solutions to operational challenges, Aiden has helped develop and implement tools and processes that enhance collaboration, improve data quality, and streamline workflows across departments.

Previously, Aiden worked in digital marketing at Towngas Hong Kong, supporting e-commerce platforms, customer engagement technologies, and digital transformation initiatives. He has a BA in Marketing & Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
