Event postponed.

I regret to inform you that we have had to reschedule APRA Canada's webinar that was scheduled for today at 1pm EST: Outside In : Researching External Factors Affecting Your Campaign by Tracey Church.  We apologize for the very last minute notice, but due to a case of laryngitis, Tracey will be unable to present today.

We are going to reschedule the presentation for:  Wednesday December 9th, 2015 at 1pm EST

If you have already registered for today’s event and are able to attend at this new date, your registration will be saved and transferred automatically to this new date.

If you have already registered for today’s event and will NOT be able attend the December 9th presentation, please contact Whymark Austen.  Tracey has notified me that, depending on the level of interest, she would be willing to hold a January session in addition to the December 9th date with the hope of then being able to accommodate everyone.  Refunds will also be an option.

When preparing for a campaign, a great deal of emphasis is placed on the internal readiness of the organization. Researchers must look at the campaign goals and affiliated gift tables, volunteer campaign cabinets, the donor pipeline, and prospect ratings among many other areas to be ready for a campaign. But, fundraisers and researchers need also to look at what factors outside of their organization may have a positive or negative impact on their pending campaign. The political or economic climate in your region, other major campaigns and senior volunteer activities are just a few of the external factors which may impact the success of your campaign. Join Tracey as she discusses the external factors researchers should consider for their organization to help prepare for their organization’s readiness for a campaign.
